Roslyn has seventeen years’ experience as a senior manager in the public sector; seven as a consultant and executive coach. She is intuitive and strategic, able to quickly scan environments, synthesize ideas, issues, themes and patterns.

Roslyn is a strong advocate of systems thinking, coaching and workplace learning as a supplement to formal development. Particular strengths are her capacity to communicate, reflect, provide perspective, surface issues, build solution focused thinking and positive energy/momentum. Roslyn’s aim is to help clients interpret their operating context, build self awareness, self management & resilience and facilitate deeper thinking about goals, strengths they bring to the future, things which may hold them back and hence are targets for observation, reflection and proactive action.
